Hi! I’m Gabby — founder, baker, and Flour Child-in-chief.
Flour Child Boston started in my home kitchen in Dorchester as a creative escape — a way to unwind, connect to my roots, and share nostalgic treats reimagined with Filipino flavors. From gooey cookies to ube muddy buddies, everything is made in small batches with real ingredients and lots of love (and butter).
When I’m not baking, you can find me teaching barre classes — helping people strengthen and ground their bodies before sending them off to eat cookies. Balance, right?
I also pop up at local markets and partner with local brands. Whether it's a market table, a custom collaboration, or a surprise drop, I’m all about bringing people joy — one cookie at a time.
